This free course has been designed to give you an experience of the power of EAM to shift and improve your emotional state and the physical experience of being in the emotions of fear, anxiety and overwhelm. There are six short videos below to watch in turn.

The following video discusses the three emotions of fear, anxiety and overwhelm, the impact they have on our bodies and how they can be come our default reaction to situations.

Video 3: Releasing Fear (9 minutes)

The following video takes you through the process of releasing any fear you may be carrying and replacing it with positive emotions and beliefs. There is a copy of the two scripts used in this video underneath which you may wish to read alongside the video.
